If you feel lost in life, marriage, motherhood, career, or identity right now, this is for you.

Need more support? Let's hang out:

In this first episode of The Glow Series, we’re talking about what it means to feel disoriented in motherhood, identity, marriage, career, and life… and how that feeling doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re growing.

I share a powerful study where researchers asked people to estimate how steep a hill looked. Those who stood alone said it looked harder to climb. But those who stood beside someone they loved? The hill looked less steep. Same hill. Different support. That’s what this series is about—reminding you that you’re not climbing alone. An article about the study: https://uvamagazine.org/articles/jack_needs_jill_to_get_up_the_hill

I also open up about the insecurity I’ve felt calling myself a coach while still having struggles of my own. But here’s the truth: even Bill Belichick—one of the most successful NFL coaches of all time—never played in the NFL. Some people are just meant to guide, lead, and help others win. That’s my hope for you.

We talk about the fears that creep in during the fog:
— “Am I too late?”
— “Am I ruining my kids?”
— “What if I never feel like myself again?”

And I ask you this simple journal question:
Where do you feel the most foggy right now?

This is your invitation to begin again—gently, honestly, and without shame. Your glow isn’t gone. It’s just waiting for space to rise again.
