In today’s video, I’m opening up about some real, raw feelings I’ve been having lately—feeling mentally low and why I’ve been avoiding Instagram. I’ll share why the opinions of others still matter to me but but really shouldn't, what I’m doing to tackle my own subconscious dark thoughts, and how I’m working through the unending pile of laundry that just never goes away (please excuse the brown chair that never gets sit on.)

Plus, I’ll be sharing something exciting—throughout October, I’ll be creating daily YouTube Shorts in a new series I’m calling Talk-Tober with Jess Hover! Each day, I’ll post a short video to encourage and inspire fellow moms. One minute words for the day. I’m so passionate about supporting you, especially when life gets messy, overwhelming, or downright exhausting.

Join me on this journey—let’s talk honestly about motherhood, mental health, and how we can all lift each other up. 💛

Don't forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell so you don't miss any of the daily Talk-Tober videos!
