In this video I’m making Cantonese Supreme Soy Sauce Chow Mein. Chewy, springy egg noodles tossed with onion, carrot, bean sprouts, and green onion, all coated in a tasty soy sauce mix. It’s slightly salty, slightly sweet, and perfect for a weeknight meal.

Because the sauce stirs together fast and the noodles cook in minutes, this one-pan meal is ready in under 30 minutes, great for easy recipes to make at home when you want real Chinese cooking flavor without ordering take-out.

Highlights:
• Noodle prep: quick blanch, rinse, and dry for the best chew
• Simple soy sauce blend for shine and flavor
• Under 30-minute method, a weeknight winner
• Easy to swap in other veggies or add protein

This recipe is great for:
• Fast weeknight dinners that taste better than take out
• Meal-prep lunches (reheats well in a hot pan)
• Budget-friendly Asian food that impresses friends
• Anyone learning classic Cantonese flavors the easy way
